To Create a free Developers Account/Preview For Developersand have Updated your phone Other wise skip this step -

Instructions -

• Become a “developer”
• Make a real developer account for $20/year at the Dev Center Or  get a free account through the App Studio (RECOMMENDED)
• Install the Preview for Developers app
• Launch the Preview for Developers app, check the box, click “done”
• Go to settings -> phone updates, and check for updates
• Install the 8.0.x update, preparing you for 8.1
• Then, check for updates again, and install the 8.1 update

Register a Windows Phone for Development (Developer Unlock)

1. If you are just an end user who wants to unlock the phone to deploy some apps, download the Windows Phone Mini SDK (For WP8) (64MB) from here. (Mirror) and for Windows Phone Mini SDK (For WP8.1) here.
2. Install the Mini SDK or the Full SDK on your Windows PC.
3. Connect your Windows Phone device to the PC using a USB Cable and wait for the drivers to be installed (if they are not already installed).
4. Click Start and type Developer Registration. Now open Windows Phone Developer Registration app.
5. Make sure that the screen of your Windows Phone is unlocked and click on Register in the bottom-right of Developer Registration App. Click retry if it says that the phone is not detected.
6. Login by entering your Microsoft Account credentials. You do not need to be registered as a developer to do the unlocking, hence any Microsoft Account will work.
7. Let the Developer Registration app register your phone for development and you can deploy local/cracked apps thereafter.

There are some extra steps required relating to file compression, mip maps, and alpha layers, but the effort is rewarded with opportunity for more detailed artistry. This article will focus on those steps and how the techniques can be used in creating a new livery. Before getting into the processes in detail, I'll take a moment to talk about the programs required for this article, ImageTool and DXTBmp.

 1. DXTBmp

DXTBmp provides FS (Flight Simulator) fans with 8/16/24/32 bit and DXT Extended manipulation for multiple versions of this game, starting from the 2000 one and above, as well as Combat Flight Simulator 2 and 3.

Loading up Imagetool reveals it's very sparse interface. Textures for FS2004 are simply loaded into the application, which will then display the file. Looking to the right hand side, the information reported will tell you the filename, filesize, image dimensions, the compression system (more on this later) and whether there is an alpha layer. The last two items are related to whether the texture has mip maps and how they are being displayed.

Welcome to the first post, out of a series of posts about editing photos professionally without Adobe Photoshop or else Professional software, for non-professionals. The best thing is that, we have used very common software (Since I am too a non-professional in photo editing) which I think so every computer user have used once or more in his period of computing.

It’s Microsoft Office’s PowerPoint 2010/2013 (Not sure for earlier versions) which comes with advance options for photos for editing or remaking them into their new version. Hats off to Microsoft. With the PowerPoint it had been became very easy to blur background, changing background and enhancing to professional level with a little effort.

Here is the example of one the photo I have edited with PowerPoint 2013. I have blurred background, enchanted the brightness and contracts also environment of the photo and added artistic affects to it. Don’t worry I am planning to add each of these tutorial one by one. We call such type of editing is office Editing.

But professionals are professionals. Since office editing cannot be compared to Photoshop’s advance editing but to the beginning level about general idea of editing I think can be developed using the power point’s some basic but very powerful features about photos enchanting.
